Before completing an application please determine that you meet the following minimum qualifications for our Program Specialist positions. Also note that applications are only accepted when we have an open position and that they are kept on file for sixty days.

• Possess a valid CT driver's license with a good driving record and at least three years of driving experience. Driving positions also must be 21 years or older.

• Have or be able to obtain Red Cross First Aid, CPR, First Responders and Medication Administration Certification

• Possess a high school diploma or GED

• Ability to read and write English and follow written instructions and plans

• Be able to use computers/tablets and other electronic means of documentation.

• Willing to work at any ARC facility and to provide own transportation to and from facility

• Pass Pre-Employment background checks, physical, drug screen, and physical demand screening
